What about shipping?

Shipping is additional and will be added to the cost of each piece. We ship anywhere the United States postal service delivers. All works are individually packaged and rates vary according to the size of the work and delivery location. If your delivery location is outside the United States, please contact us for current international rates. Insurance is included with all purchases.

Turn around time for purchases?

Since we do not own our own printing company, we utilize an outsourced vendor to complete our giclee printing. Typical turnaround time from order to delivery for giclee prints is approximately 2 to 3 weeks once funding has cleared.

Are your originals for sale?

At this time no, however we do offer beautiful Giclees reproductions on cotton canvas.

What is a Giclee Print?

A giclee print is a high resolution digital scan which is taken from the original and printed with archival quality inks onto various substrates including canvas, fine art, and photo-base paper. The result is that the image has all the tonalities and hues of the original painting. Giclee prints provide better color accuracy than other means of reproduction and often times the original and giclee print are indistinguishable to the naked eye.

What kind of ink and printing media are used for your Giclee prints?

The inks we use are special light-fast inks, which, if kept out of the sun, will remain true for up to 25 years. These special inks provide high-resolution, high fidelity and UV resistance protection. Since the originals are on cotton canvas, our giclees are printed on 100%cotton canvas as well.

What are the advantages and quality of Giclee prints?

The advantage of giclee printing on canvas is that the print remains as close to the original as possible, not only in color, but also in texture. And canvas prints are much more durable than paper as they do not crease when rolled for mailing. The quality of the giclee print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatin printing processes and is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.

What options do I have for prints?

All giclee prints are available as a individual rolled canvas or a print with gallery stretching. At this time we do not offer custom framing. Corner protectors are included for gallery stretched prints and all prints are varnished for superior finish.
